Could Chelsea’s transfer ban be a blessing in disguise?

Chelsea is still rebuilding and could get even more complicated as Timo Werner becomes the latest Chelsea striker to want to leave the club following the departure of Romelu Lukaku. Jules Kunde could move to Barcelona, which would be a wise move for Chelsea. Barcelona will reportedly not be able to offer Sevilla the same price as the west London club for Jules Kunde, so it looks like it could drag on if Kunde chooses to move to Barcelona. According to the report, Kunde and the West London club have already agreed on personal terms for the transfer, so the whole thing could get off the ground very quickly when/if Sevilla receives at least $67m.

If the west London club went to Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic for a decent fee or even decent rent, it could work well. Chelsea’s attack has been the main problem for the west London club all season. With the new signing of Raheem Sterling from the English champions, Manchester City, it looks like they will have that problem sorted out as Lukaku went to Inter Milan, where he won the Serie A title and scored a lot of goals. It looks like the Belgian will enjoy his time there and help the club win titles.

According to Thomas Tuchel, Raheem Sterling is the perfect replacement for Lukaku as he will be outstanding in front of goal and has been playing in the English top division for a long time now so he can grasp the system with ease. Sterling can score goals from inside the box and also outside the box. The English winger gets into the correct position, which helps him achieve goals. It is believed that Sterling will solve Chelsea’s problem in front of the plan and also provide assistance to other players.

Raheem Sterling was once the leading man in the English Premier League, and every team wanted him. Now Chelsea has his services, so we can watch how Tuchel uses him. Chelsea in the transfer market have to be very active as they lost one of their main centre back, Rudiger, to the Spanish giants Real Madrid and are now constantly asking for the services of Jules Kounde. Still, the question is will the player choose the English side, or will he opt to join FC Barcelona just like their other target, Raphinha.

Chelsea was also eyeing a move for the greatest of all time, CR7, but he still has to make some decisions with the new manager appointed at Old Trafford. Their recent loss to their London rivals was also humiliating, or the fans as Arsenal defeated them 4-0.
