Antonio Rüdiger is a German defender born on 3 March 1993, he plays as a defender for Chelsea.
Germany international defender began his career at VfB Stuttgart, In 2015 he moved to AS Roma, initially on loan and a year later, for a €9m transfer fee. He was signed by Chelsea four years ago in 2017 for an estimated £27 million; with the West London giants, he has won the FA Cup trophy in his first campaign, followed by the UEFA Europa League title in his second year, and recently the UEFA Champions League in 2021.
He made his international debut for the German national team in 2014. He was part of the team that won the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup. He kept his spot in the team for the 2018 World Cup, and also represented Joachim Low’s team at the UEFA Euro 2020.
