Chelsea linked with swoop to snap up La Liga talent Jules Kounde
According to the latest report from Diario de Sevilla, Chelsea have been put on high alert as they aim to take advantage of defender Jules Kounde’s precarious situation at Sevilla.
The club is uncertain about the future of the talented French centre-half, who is one of manager Thomas Tuchel’s main targets in the transfer market this summer.
The Blues are even expected to launch a fresh move for Kounde once they finalise the acquisition of Romelu Lukaku. The Inter Milan star’s move to Stamford Bridge is now imminent, having reached a total agreement a few days ago.
The completion of the transfer should enable the west Londoners to set their sights on Jules, as they look to wrap up business before the start of the campaign.

The transfer expert reassured Chelsea supporters that there is nothing to worry about; the club will get their man soon.
Chelsea set their sights on 18-year-old Dynamo Moscow midfielder
Chelsea and RB Leipzig are keen on Dynamo Moscow star Arsen Zakharyan. Sport-Express reports that Die Roten Bullen and the Blues are chasing a summer deal for the 18-year-old.
And it has been revealed Zakharyan’s deal carries a buyout clause of €12 million this summer’s transfer market – which is valid for only foreign outfits.
It’ll be increased to €15 million next season. His contract runs to June 2024. The attacker has played 16 matches for Dynamo, scoring four goals and registering six assists.
