Chelsea could miss out on Norway international centre-forward

According to the Daily Telegraph, French giants Paris Saint-Germain are plotting a stunning late move for Chelsea target Erling Haaland as the club view the Borussia Dortmund sensation as the ideal player to replace Kylian Mbappe, for whom Real Madrid have lodged a €180 million bid with that likely to be accepted.

The 21-year-old Chelsea-linked player has started the campaign impressively, scoring two goals and picking up two assists in his two Bundesliga matches in 2021/22.

However, Borussia Dortmund remain confident that Erling will remain at the club this summer in spite of intense speculation linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge.

London rivals manager confirms agreement with Chelsea over Kurt Zouma

West Ham boss David Moyes has announced that his club have had an offer accepted from Chelsea for Kurt Zouma.

“We have had an offer accepted from Chelsea for Kurt Zouma but I could not tell you if the medical has been completed yet,” David claimed.

In addition, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel revealed moments later in his own press conference that there are discussions for Zouma to complete a switch to West Ham.

The German added: “He’s not with us but not because of his negotiation, he is not with us for personal issues. But I won’t lie to you, he is in negotiations with West Ham.”

Chelsea star’s agent talks about potential Serie A return for his client

Chelsea midfielder Jorginho‘s representative Joao Santos has given a fresh interview to TuttoMercatoWeb just hours after the player won the prestigious individual award, and it is no surprise his future at the west London outfit was discussed.

The Brazil-born Italy international’s deal expires in 2023 and when quizzed about his renewal, the entourage said: “He has a two-year contract with Chelsea. As a philosophy, the club renews contracts when one year is missing. We will see what happens next year.”

He was pressed if the former Napoli star would consider returning to Italy, now that he has won the UEFA Euro 2020 with the Azzurri.

“Obviously, yes. When you win a European championship with Italy, the next step can be to play in Italy. But now we don’t get hot. Everything changes in a short time,” Joao added.
