Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard is reportedly interested in returning to Chelsea this summer, two years after he departed from Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian spent seven years with the London giants after joining from Lille in 2012, founding back of the net 110 times in 352 games, and won Premier League titles twice, adding two Europe League trophies, the FA Cup and EFL Cup.

Real Madrid paid £103.5m for the Belgian forward’s services in 2019. However, he has only played 30 La Liga games across two campaigns in the Spanish top-tier and found the back of the net just five times.

The Mirror claims that the 30-year-old now wants to go back to Chelsea to rediscover his previous form.

Real Madrid are keen to reduce their wage bill and bring in money from player sales. However, new head coach Carlo Ancelotti is against selling Eden Hazard this summer as he believes in getting the best out of Belgian.

Meanwhile, it is not yet clear whether Thomas Tuchel would be interested in securing the services of Eden Hazard.

Belgian forward has played for his national teams first four fixtures at Euro 2020, before missing their quarter-final loss to Italy following to a hamstring injury.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have been handed a huge blow in their hopes of re-signing Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku as his agent has indicated that Inter have no intention to sell their top goalscorer this summer.

The 28-year-old Serie A forward is on the shortlist of Chelsea head-coach Thomas Tuchel to strengthen the offensive end ahead of the next season.

After Timo Werner failed to establish himself as a reliable goalscoring threat at Stamford Bridge hosts of top-class centre-forward, have linked with a move to Chelsea.

And now Lukaku’s agent, Federico Pastorello, has revealed that Inter Milan have no intention to sell their key player ahead of the 2021/22 season.

“It went well, we took stock of various situations,’ Pastorello told FCInterNews when asked about his meeting.

Asked if Inter are ‘calm’ about their situation regarding Lukaku, Pastorello replied: ‘Yes, sure, sure.

‘Romelu is on vacation, and I think he deserves a holiday like he’s taking, there are no problems.’
