Henrichs Interest

As the season comes to a close, transfer rumours and speculation will go into overdrive. One player who is reportedly on Chelsea’s transfer list this summer is Bayer Leverkusen defender Benjamin Henrichs. The 21-year-old has a £31 million release clause in his contract, and the Blues are reportedly keen on triggering the clause in the summer. The full-back was wanted by Manchester City last season, but Pep Guardiola eventually went with other targets. He could be on the move a season later, with a move to Stamford Bridge on the cards. Henrichs is viewed by Leverkusen as one of the brightest prospects in the Bundesliga.

Kante to Stay

N’Golo Kante is keen to remain at Stamford Bridge, even in the club do not qualify for Champions League football next season. Since making the move to Chelsea from Leicester in 2016, the Frenchman has been instrumental for the Blues, and key to any future successes. Despite interest from PSG, Kante is keen on remaining in the Premier League and in London. Chelsea could sell a number of players this summer to fund a spending spree, but have no plans whatsoever to sell N’Golo Kante in the near future.

Martial in Blue?

Chelsea have joined in the race for Manchester United winger Anthony Martial, and would make a summer move for him if he wants to leave the club, according to reports. The Frenchman has struggled to impress Jose Mourinho at the club, and has been frustrated over his lack of playing time under the Portuguese manager. As he has struggled for first team football, the Blues believe he could seek a new challenge in the summer, and are prepared to make a bid. The two clubs have negotiated in recent windows, with Nemanja Matic moving to Old Trafford last summer. Mourinho still holds an interest in Willian, and could make a move for the Brazilian.
